The latest installment in the MonsterVerse, Skull Island, is now available for anyone with access to YouTube to watch. Well, part of it, at least: Netflix released the first 24-minute episode of the animated series for all to see.

You can check it out in its entirety above, but for those who want to learn more about the series before committing almost half an hour of your time, here’s the run-down:

Skull Island takes viewers on a thrilling adventure as a group of kind-hearted explorers rescues Annie (Mae Whitman) from the ocean, unaware that their act of heroism will lead them to the treacherous Skull Island. This enigmatic place is home to bizarre creatures and terrifying monsters, including the mighty titan himself, Kong.

The show features more monsters than just Kong. In the first episode, it looks like we’ll also get an enormous octopus as well, among other creatures. The series is just the latest project in the ever-expanding MonsterVerse, with a live-action Godzilla TV series also in the works at Apple TV+—so more monster goodness is on the way.

In addition to Whitman, Skull Island features the vocal talents of Nicolas Cantu as Charlie (The Fabelmans), Darren Barnett (Never Have I Ever), Benjamin Bratt as Cap (Poker Face) and Betty Gilpin (Mrs. Davis).

The entire season of Skull Island is now available on Netflix.
